1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Soul Tours Africa website and our travel services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit (typically 30%) is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Payments can be made in USD, EUR, or GBP.
3. Cancellation Policy
- 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus admin fee
- 60-89 days: 70% refund
- 30-59 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance with medical coverage is mandatory for all safari bookings. Soul Tours Africa is not liable for any losses not covered by your insurance policy.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, safari travel involves inherent risks associated with wildlife and outdoor activities. Soul Tours Africa acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport operators, and other service providers. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide.
6. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movements, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements of equal or greater value will be provided where possible.
